1. Overview
PA Hall Rental allows members the ability to register their facility and
post reservations on the system. As potential clients utilize PA Hall
Rental, they will be shown which facilities are available on specific
dates. Logging into your Member Home page will show you how many times
each of your facilities was included in the results of specific searches
on PA Hall Rental. This gives you a real indicator of your exposure to
potential clients!
On the Horizon Note: We are currently developing a way to reset individual
Hall counters so that you may track statistics by month, quarter, etc.
- whatever time frame meets your needs, you will be able to reset to zero,
then begin tracking! More in the near future!
2. Upload Photo
Just added is the ability to post a photograph of your facility. To do
this, follow these steps:
- Log into your Member Home Page
- Click on Modify Hall next to the facility you want to add a photograph
- Click on Upload Photo on upper right of screen
- Browse for appropriate graphic file on your computer (200x100 pixel
JPG and GIF files are accepted)
- Click Upload Photo
That's it! The photograph of your facility will display with the details
of your facility.
3. Add Reservations
Remember, entering existing reservations on-line is the key to sharing
availability of your facility. You can place as much, or as little details
for each reservation, but the important thing is the date. Currently the
times are only listed for convenience. In other words, a potential client
will not be able to search for a facility that is available from Noon
- 2:00pm on a given day. The facility is either booked that day, or available!
Another important benefit of entering your reservations on-line is it
helps avoid unnecessary calls from clients just to find out your are already
booked that day! They can review specific days, or the calendar of availability
for your facility.
4. Public Events
If you host any public events, each reservation can be flagged as a public
event. This will then display that event on the Public Events page of
the web site! This is another important benefit you can offer your potential
clients: the ability to help market their event!
5. Link back to PA Hall Rental
If you have your own web site, please check your Member Home Page for
the code to place on your web site that will guide visitors to Check Availability
@ PA Hall Rental!
6. Forgot your password?
PA Hall Rental uses your Email address as your username. If you forgot
your password, the system can Email the password to the Email address
on file! That way you can be sure to enjoy the most benefits from the
system.
7. Hall Operators Network
Our developers are currently working on the new Hall Operators Network:
This extension to PA Hall Rental will enable you to network with the operators
of other facilities: those in your area, those having the same type facilities,
same budget range, etc. While you may be competing for the same clients,
leveraging your combined knowledge can benefit everyone involved! Look
for more in the near future!
